The Old Vicarage at Toftly View is a stylish but informal country house, set in the picturesque village of Newton upon Rawcliffe, enjoying glorious south facing views towards the Wolds. Just a 5 minute walk from the Vicarage and overlooking the village pond, you will find a friendly welcome at the village pub, The White Swan, now serving home cooked food (famous for its traditional steak pie).  After a day out come home to enjoy tea and homemade cake in front of the fire or sit in the guests garden and take in the stunning scenery.

We have had a couple of practice runs checking out snags but the snow has prevented us from finishing the outside on time, but at last everything is done - even the hot tub is filled and ready to go!

The cottage has a luxurious bedroom, a relaxing bathroom (to Barbara's specification!), a bespoke kitchen and a comfortable sitting room with all the modern extras that make a self-catering unit into a true Holiday Home! Lettings are available from the end of April.

We have tried to make this home from home for couples wanting a luxurious getaway, whether just to relax in or as a base from which walkers and cyclists can explore the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the coast and of course, a must for mountain bikers, Dalby Forest.
